Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Hazlet Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice room. No complaints there, could've used a fridge and microwave. Other than that it was good
Not really. I'm not too picky, as long as the room is clean and the staff are nice I'm ok

great rooms; spacious, clean, free internet, free continental breakfast, housekeeping was very accommodating, most front desk staff was great, maintenance guy was fantastic
when male nighttime desk clerk got busy, he ignored phone making me think no one was at the desk. Not a great feeling.

Great location for what I needed. Very good continental breakfast.
Very nice room although the first room had not been fully preapred for new guest. Relacement room was excellent and incldued a refrigerator which was very much needed.

All good. Non-smoking!
There were some loud people above us and at the breakfast real early in the morning.

Best price of all the hotels in the area.
The place was clean but run down. The closet door was tilted and did not close. They need a maintenance person to address small issues like this.

Outdated lobby. Small eating area with too many tables and chairs. They ran my credit card even though I had already paid. The rooms are clean, large enough but run down. The TV was basic and hardly any sports channels. No refrigerator in room. Small vending area. There is a Friendlys and a Dunkin Donuts right in the parking lot area.

Good location
We got a handicap room, by the time we realize the shower was for a handicap, it was to late, so we stayed.

We got a handicap room, by the time we realize the shower was for a handicap, it was to late, so we stayed. Staff should be more assertive, and should dam well know that both me and my wife were not handicap, Im beginning to think that because we order the hotel via Priceline, this is their way to get back their loses.

The rooms were fantastically clean
powdered eggs for breakfast? REALLLY?

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice for 2 1/2 stars. In my opinion pricey but I guess that is what you get in this area of NJ. The staff basically gave you the impression of "please don't talk to me" and they served powdered eggs for breakfast & no fruit. I would stay again; but bring my own breakfast or get it elsewhere.
