Staff, maid services was very helpful and friendly I felt welcome there.
I did not like the smell my room had a musty smell.
I had stayed there years ago the Hotel is very nice and the maid service was right on time. Front desk was very friendly good parking good location.

Great customer service and a beautiful room.
We chose this Best Western after our original reservations fell through at an awful place. It was so nice to be greeted by such friendly staff at the Best Western, and our room was beautiful. It was so nice that we decided to extend our stay. Although there was a little confusion about availability, Priceline and Best Western were able to accommodate us in the same room at the same price. We were extremely satisfied with our experience here.

Faulty whirlpool tub, uncomfortable toilet seats, and staff doesn't care.
Do not stay here unless you want to be talked down to and denied what you paid for!

Beautiful lobby; very friendly and helpful check-in staff; EXCELLENT full breakfast buffet.
Incredible number of smokers -- and they smoked around the pool and other public areas one would pass through.
