would have rather stayed somewhere else for the money i paid. The staff at this hotel is not friendly and don't speak unless spoken to. The pool is not kid friendly, our room had a musty oder even after room was cleaned. Breakfast was poor.

Business Traveler
My friend and I arrived at this hotel one "dark and stormy night", quite literally. Due to the storm, the power was going on and off when we first walked in. As such, their computer systems did not receive Priceline's booking information, so they were unaware that we had reserved a room. The staff worked diligently over the phone with Priceline to get us in the room ASAP, and they did -- we were in the lobby no more than 20 minutes. Kudos to the staff at Best Western and Priceline. ...
