Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Horizon Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Overall cleanliness and courteous staff.
Its very long and if you're at one end, you could be along way from the breakfast bar and/or pool area.

Overall satisfied our basic needs and worth the price.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Facility was clean and the breakfast spread was fine. Freeway access was good, staff was helpful and friendly. Good value, free parking and
independent restaurant adjacent.

Check-in staff was pleasant. Pleased that there was an iron in the room.
Bland and cheap breakfast options. Very poor quality coffee in the room.

Location and price.
Difficult to get into due to street median.

I liked it, the staff was friendly and breakfast quite acceptable.

We were not allowed to have a room on the bottom floor, no elevator and we had 2 heavy suitcases.

I stayed at that hotel years ago in 1986. There haven't been many upgrades since then.

We arrived into town early and they let us check in about 3 hours early!
I had called to take off one day of my stay and they somehow changed the date of my stay, but they fixed it for me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were both wonderful. The diner located in the parking lot was good, cheap, and treated our kids like kings and queens. We will stay there again.

Front desk moved me upon request; room next to me had numerous children - much too noisy!
Access from the road was a bit confusing until I noted the U-turn only signal down the road.

Front desk was very accomodating about moving me to a quieter location than one next door to a family with lots of small children. Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, Internet access easy and the mini fridge freezer actually worked!

Pool and hot tub were very nice, but closed too early.
Nothing to speak of within reasonable walking distance.
