Location, cleanliness, quality of room and size and free wireless.
One of the staff members was not at all friendly or helpful.
Nice hotel, star grade is appropriate, great location close to Sol and Plaza Mayor, hop on hop of Madrid vision stops few feet away from the hotel, close to metro, could walk to Prada. Take the full package which includes mini bar. Elevators are small, runs efficiently. Take the taxi suggested by the doorman otherwise you may a get of sight seeing you did not wish to do.
