Couple
The hotel is very nice and the rooms offered a lot of privacy, especially for an area with ample people and cars. The hotel is located right on the river walk area right at a bus stop for line 23A from Firenze SM Novella station. The rooms are cozy and include a mini-fridge. Wi-fi is free with a code from the front desk. The room air conditioner was also included and easy to use. The breakfast includes a bit more than most hotels do. We had the choices of several pastries, prischutto, cheese, cereals, and caffe or American (black) coffee. The breakfast area include an indoor facility in the basement or in the green house located in the central courtyard. The staff were very helpful with questions and food suggestions. Getting back to the Firenze SM Novella station includes walking over a block or two to a bus line that travels directly back. The bus system, while having several signs to beware of pick pockets, seemed generally safe. The bus system had several lines that travel to the different site seeing areas in town as well. We definitely suggest getting the 72 hour pass. ...

Very friendly staff, great location, free WiFi, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
