Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Inn At Face Rock

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The price I got on Priceline. It was like the old days with Priceline.

The price was much higher than I thought it would be for a 2 1/2 star hotel at the coast, though I got a great deal through Priceline. The hotel was clean and was nothing more or less than I expected. (I'm not sure what "Public Spaces" means. I didn't rate it.)

Rooms were large and comfortable
There was a cough drop from a prior guest left on one of the shelves, indicating that the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Great location.
Bad experience with guest upstairs and next door.

Bad experience with guest upstairs, loud stomping until 1 am, unresponsive to front desk and guest next door smoking drifting into room, broke down mattresses, very disappointing. Do not like that hotel can not give refund for horrible stay.

The computer available for use in the lobby.
First room was smelly and bathroom had the musty odor.

The towels and shower were great. The distance from lobby to room was a good walk.

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful no matter what was going on in the lobby. Clean rooms too!

As a family with small children, friendly staff and cleanliness at a hotel are the 2 top things on our list. This hotel did awesome in both of these areas! The breakfast was good with nice selection and really friendly service. We are already planning for our next vacation there!

It was a great place to stay beautiful locations and views. Short drive to all kinds of adventures from fishing to walking threw the Redwoods. It was alot of fun.

Very charming, similar to condo style, comfortable, inviting, friendly staff, excelent value.
Cant think of a thing.

It was perfect for our trip, we were just in town for a stop over on a road trip and wished we could have stayed longer. I cant wait to go back and enjoy the area and hotel longer. The room was spotless, had everything we needed to be comfortable--each bed had 4 pillows!!!! the room had a small patio and front and back doors for easy access to all areas of the hotel. It looks more like a condo than hotel. I believe our room only had one common wall to another room. Since we were traveling in the winter it didnt cross my mind to bring a bathing suit and I was so disapointed when we arived and were told they have a 24 hour indoor hot tub and pool! ...read more

Can't beat it! Stayed one night and felt like 3!
Pool was cold and they were cleaning the hot tub for several hours on a holiday.

Wonderful time overall and the staff was very accommodating to our needs! Great getaway!
