Overall, the hotel was great. Very clean which is my #1 concern. It was scary to think we may have been unable to have a non-smoking room because my son has asthma and smoking triggers it. But, it all worked out thankfully.

Staff was very friendly; seemed truly happy to provide extra pillows, even when she had to find another and delivered it to our room with a smile. The room was exceptionally clean; I had to move furniture to find anything. The TV was an old tube type, if that is important to you. The breakfast room was a bit cramped, and the selection a bit limited. Ultimately, you had fruit, hot and cold cereal, pastries, toast/bagels and toppings, milk/juice/coffee. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased, and felt we got more than what we paid for. ...

Room was a clean room but my second and third nights. The room was not cleaned, no beds made or clean towels. Very disappointing.

Senior Travelers
We, nor any of our friends or relatives will never stay at this hotel. We have never been so disappointed with a hotel. We sincerely thought "Best Western" was much, much better than this. We absolutely hated our stay there.

Did not know it had doors outside. Always stay in hotels with rooms accessible by a hallway. Room had awful odour as if it had previously been a smoking room. We were booked into a smoking room. Did not ask for that nor would we have stayed in a room like that. Towels cheap and thin, lightning poor, table and chairs were only usable if you sat in front of AC. Just and overall bad experience. ...

Solo Traveler
The room was very big and clean. There was a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. The pool was clean and big. The front desk person was very nice. The breakfast person brought more of things before it ran out. There was even home made gravy for the biscuits! Lovely stay, would recommend to everyone.
