Very helpful staff. We didn't know that through Priceline they just simply book a room. We had a smoking room and did not want that! The staff clued us in on how Priceline works with room bookings and fortunately ONE non-smoking room was left! thank you.

I rented 3 rooms for employees who were coming here for our company Christmas party. I stopped by to make sure everything was ready for their arrival and had a young man holding the door open before I was out of my car.The clerk at the front desk was not only helpful but invited me to have breakfast with my employees in the morning! I couldn't attend breakfast but the ones who did said it was really good.They also commented on the helpful staff and clean rooms.Thank you so much for taking care of my guests. We will definitely use this hotel in the future! ...

Best Western at PineTop is at a serene location. Though 10 miles away from the city, it is very central location and has good access to shops and restaurants. The Hotel staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Overall, excellent stay.

The breakfast was surprisingly complete and delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Pinetop.
