Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Friendly staff, and convenient location.
Room furnishings are a bit worn, our of date.

Convenient, comfortable hotel that includes breakfast! Easy reach to Redwood City, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Stanford, and SFO. Helpful friendly staff make you feel welcome.

Bed
Poor old style television, deteriorating overall condition.

It has been sad to watch the once worthy Best Western brand decline over the years. This hotel is one more example. There is nothing wrong with the hotel that a complete makeover couldn't fix. The bed was good, and the room was clean, but this facility really needs TLC. And the smell of cigarette smoke at the check in desk was almost enough to make me want to find another hotel, but for the late hour. Over rated at two stars. ...read more

The pool.
Not friendly staff, had an issue with alarm going off at night that staff did not fix.

I would not stay here again. Expected more for 2 1/2 stars.

Nothing!
T.V was old and useless, there were fingernail clippings on my counter top that did not belong to me!

Convenient location.
Old, dirty, shabby, desk clerk not trained. He said it was his second day, and he had less than one day's training.

Not at all a 2.5 star hotel. Much too dirty, shabby, old, worn-out. Part of lobby had completely ripped up floor, showing the under-foundation. Was typical of a one-star property, or somewhere where people might rent by-the-week.

Easy in/out with surface parking in close proximity to rooms.
Asked for a room off the main road to get away from road noise but they couldn't accommodate me.
