Several rooms had cases of beer bottles outside their rooms, room doors were left open with people inside, very loud music from some rooms. These different room guests did not seem to be connected or familiar with each other, indicating the type of clientèle attracted to this hotel.

Very comfortable .was pleased with experience however my friend had stayed there a few weeks back and only paid $80/night at time of spontaneous check in. Our stay was the holiday however! Life is so expensive!

Very surprised by the quality of this hotel. Attractive rooms with comfy beds and couch, Internet was fast and reliable, right next to freeway on/off ramps and restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. Definitely would stay here again.

When we checked into our room, the bathroom lights did not work. We told the front desk and someone appeared immediately to fix it. When he couldn't fix it after ten minutes of trying, they gave us an upgraded, beautiful luxury room with a balcony at no extra charge. Excellent customer service!

Immaculate, both in the rooms and around the facilities. Safe, secure and quiet. Downsides: pillows are too thick and uncomfortable; desk clerk couldn't help me when I called for help on how to use a calling card. (I kept getting a busy signal when I dialed 8 + 0 plus phone no.)

Family Traveling with Teens
This Best Western Plus exceeded our expectation. The hotel's location and setting is quite nice and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the beds and the beddings are so comfortable. We were nicely surprised with the breakfast -- scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles in addition to the usual continental breakfast servings. We're definitely going to look for Best Western in our future bookings. ...
