Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 30, 2012

Overall, nice accommodations. Most important part is the room is clean, comfortable and spacious. I have stayed here before and remembered that I hate the entrance doors. They are heavy, get stuck (difficult to open) and a pain in the butt when you are trying to get through them with any kind of luggage. Please put in automatic doors! Also, the outside of the entrance is noticeably unattractive - no plants, weeds, just looks dirty.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. However, this was the worst experience we've had and will not be returning. The staff was rude, the pool was dirty, the beds were very worn out and there were numerous dogs barking all hours of the night. We ended up checking out early and they wouldn't compensate us by crediting our credit card.

The service was fine. But when the power was lost to the area, we had no backup lights etc. We were on the sixth floor and had to walk down stairs in the dark with three child. It was Ames. No one even tried to help us downstairs. Makes me want to wonder what other systems do not.

This hotel was amazing for the price. It was freezing in Omaha and there was a Perkins attached which made it very simple to use. The pool was described as an adult pool, but was only 3 feet deep in the deepest part. The rooms were much nice than I expected them to be! Great hotel and wonderful staff!!!

It was perfect for us. The room was clean and nice; the staff was super. We used the pool for our granddaughter and it made the trip well worth it.

I just wanted someplace that I could stay for a couple of days while I was in the general area of work, and this just happened to be the place that I chose. I wasn't looking for anything over-the-top and expensive, I just needed a day or two close to work, so I didn't have to travel all the way home and back to work.

Decent, clean property for the money! Probably would stay again, but will not go to that Perkins! The kids loved the pool!

The next time I look fora hotel I'll make sure that the pool is deep enough for what it's to be used for and the use of the bathroom such as toilet was not satisfactory.
