I've stayed there annually for the past 8 yrs and watched it improve. The rooms are cleaner and now have micro & refrig. Free parking is a huge bonus.

The front desk staff were very helpful in finding us places to eat near the arena before the hockey game as well as rides to and from the arena. I was very sick throughout the night and the early cleaning staff disposed of my sick bags with much dignity.
Everything about this hotel was #1 and we would stay there again and recommend to our friends. Friendly, helpful staff and a very homey atmosphere as you enter the lobby. We were greeted with smiles as we entered and when we left. Pleasant experience.

The most important factor is the location to the hockey arena as well as the limo service the hotel provides. The sports bar after the hockey game was most enjoyable because we were able to chat with people from the hockey game no matter what team they were cheering for. Breakfast the next morning was so very reasonably priced as well as delicious. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay so very comfortable and all the staff seemed to enjoy their job. Happy employees make for very happy and satisfied customers and we are proud to say that we were all of that and then some. So looking forward to our next stay at THE BEST WESTERN PLUS KELLY INN. The front desk staff was helpful. Super Target store is only 2 miles away for fruits and salads.
No complementary breakfast at all! Friday night (3/29/2013) the loud and noisy music from the bar woke us all up at 1:50 am!

Parking lot exit to the street in front of the hotel needs to be paved. However, Super Target store is only 2 miles away - kind of convenient for buying fruits and salads.

Very heplful friendly staff. Rooms were nice and spacious. The free shuttle to and from our concert was great! Also loved that checkout wasn't until noon.

The staff was great, room clean, restaurant and bar on site, within walking distance of downtown. Easy access from 35E and 94.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Wonderful staff and great location. We stayed in January and walked to the events we attended. Food at restaurant was very good. Appreciated the free parking.

We liked everything about the room,the location and the staff.
We wished they would have had a complimentary breakfast.

The only reason I would not recommend this hotel is that most people I know prefer the complimentary breakfast. Other than that it was perfect.

This is a great place to stay. I have been at this hotel quite a few times when I visit St. Paul. Best pizza in town The Savoy Inn, but the Black Sheep is very good too. Great Waters Brewery has good food. Love visiting St. Paul and staying at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn just makes it better!
