nice room at a great rate, only thing I had to do was buy a glade plug in for a slightly stale smell! would book the same room over and over!
nope all was good!

great hwy location, plenty of places to eat and shop, and seems like it would be a real family friendly city!

The staff was fine and so was the location.
I wish that I knew that you could hear the sounds of the street like they were next door. I could also see through a part of the bottom part of the door. The pillows were horrible.

The location was very good for Cave City. The morning breakfast was ok but there was virtually no seating and it was not crowded.

breakfast was not kept filled and was somewhat cold.

the hotel was not a three star but a two star. we stayed at a sleep inn the other day and it was definitely a three star hotel. breakfast hot and filled, room very spacious, and felt very clean. the best western was clean but just felt average.

The motel was right off I-65. We liked that the carpet looked new and the price seemed outstanding for a supposedly 3* hotel. A real positive was that it was a quiet stay (very few rooms were occupied).
This clearly was in no way a 3* hotel. There was a significant case of mildew on the wallboard around the tub and the tile job looked like a first-time amateur did it. Furnishings looked like a 2* level motel. The soap and shampoo were the cheapest.

After a long day of travel, we looked forward to relaxing at this "3* property." As we pulled up it became clear this 1 story, row hotel built probably in the early '60s sneaked past the evaluators of Priceline. The wallboard surrounding the tub was covered with mildew. The tile job was primitive with raw, rough edges. The lobby had strange, very weathered sofas. Somehow people need to know about the reality of this place before they book it. Hotel was close to where our attraction was.
The hotel room had a moldy smell to it. The free breakfast was fair. No pool indoors or exercise room available. The way the hotel was set up there was no public area to relax in. No lobby, no outdoor courtyard, nothing. This was not a 3 star hotel.

Good hotel for just staying overnight and leaving the next day. Any length of a stay is not recommended. Mammoth Cave is really the only thing in the area worth seeing. Everything else is a tourist trap.

About one-third of rooms face afternoon sun, heat up inside.

NO WAY is this a 3-star hotel. Your misrepresentation cost me in quality and money. Bidding on your website, you state that a 2.5-star hotel in Cave City averages xxx/night... so I bid xxx, which I think would be fair. You immediately accepted, of course, because your regular rate I then found to be
xxx for this same hotel. Moreover, the rate on Best Western.com was found to be xxx
per night. After adding taxes and fees, I paid almost
xxx for two nights, when I could have paid

Location was as expected.
The breakfast was poor (pressed egg discs). The bathroom was filled with chipped grouting. The owner stopped shortly after we arrived to see if he could shaampoo the rugs while we were in the room! We had a large RAT trap near our door the whole time.

The wireless coverage was sporadic and the owner who spoke broken English insisted that it was my laptop (that I never have trouble with either before or after this stay).
