Senior Travelers
Although the manager was working at the desk and in the breakfast area and did his job well, he was not dressed well and was quite unclean. Since he was the person refilling and breakfast foods we did not eat there the second morning and only fixed toast the first morning. However, because of the convenient location and the cleanliness of the room we were not unhappy.

Couple
Horrible fleas in our room, had to be moved to new room and was cursed at by staff who were drinking on the job and staff walked into room and opened the bathroom door while my wife was in the shower! This place should be shut down and manager should be fired also had $50 stolen off the vanity! I am in the business and have never experienced anything of this nature I've stayed at over 20 different best western locations and have always remained loyal! My staff and all employees and myself will never stay there ever again and best western will be blacklisted as a option to stay for all future endeavors! I have never filled out a satisfaction survey before now but took one hour out of my honeymoon in hopes something will be done to resolve these issues! I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there!
