Couple
If you drive on into La Place some good eating, no major chains though. Easy to get on and off interstate and easy to get on to New Orleans without staying in New Orleans traffic. Everyone nice, everything clean.

We did have a problem with the first room we were assigned, but the clerk immediately moved us to another room without questioning us. The second room was above and beyond what we expected. The entire staff was outstanding.

TV buttons were broken, the remote control did not even go with that TV, the hair dryer was broken and the air conditioner whined all night.
This hotel was very old, poorly run and nothing worked in the room. I love Priceline, but this was a bad choice for me and I won't be returning!

Family Traveling with Teens
We really enjoyed our stay. We had to travel due to a death in the family and were able to have a peaceful quiet rest when needed. The hotel staff was great. The restaurants close by served wonderful food (Cajun cuisine)and was easy to access the freeway. Breakfast at the hotel was nice and served for several hours to accommodate everyone.

The hotel room stunk. The bed had cigarette burns. The tub did not drain. The room was overall disappointing.
