The location of the hotel was great to Downtown Disney. I would go back and will when I book my next Disney World vaction. My family loved it...
Wish the rooms had love seat or couch in room. Other than that loved it.

Staff very Friendly, rooms clean,walking distance to Downtown Disney, great hotel and staff my wife and daughter love it.

They charged a $10 nightly fee for use of shuttle, Internet, parking, etc. Priceline did not tell me there would be extra fees and they said there was free parking.

It was dirty. Hair on the bed, pillows & wash cloths. Spider crawling on the bed. Felt dirty.

EVERYTHING - Beds the most comfortable I've ever slept in !
Nothing I could think of.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. They had a Disney store right in the lobby, so shopping for last minute ideas was super convenient. Staff great, room great, ample parking, very clean and great location.

Excellent location;Large room (we got a high floor); Comfortable bed (we got a king bed - just relaxing!); Great Internet conection; "Free parking" (these last too are not complimentary because there is a $10 "resort fee"; shuttle bus for the parks.
Resort fee - $10 per day for services like free parking (it should be complimentary), pool (I did not use it) and internet connection. Also, the place is a hotel, not a resort! I find it unfair; No breakfast included in the "resort fee.

I would strongly consider staying at this hotel again. I liked it a lot. My suggestions would be to offer complimentary breakfast and not to charge a "resort fee". As I got a $10 coupon at priceline, Ii did not hurt to spend the "resort fee", but I agree with the negative reviews about it.

We are Disney fans, so being so close to Down Town Disney as well as the theme parks is always a plus.
The staff. We waited over 30 minutes at the hotels restaurant and couldn't find anyone who worked there, so we left. The Pizza Hut that was located in the restaurant was the same way. Waited 20 minutes there before we left the hotel to eat somewhere else

Location is perfect for Disney lovers. The store inside the hotel has everything you may need.the Hotel however needs some major renovations. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, so even if we purchased food from their store, we couldn't have enjoyed it. There is no jacuzzi which was very disappointing. The staff needs to do their jobs or the hotel needs to hire all new staff. We have stayed at all the Disney resorts and this is one of the worse ones we have ever booked at. When you pay all this money to enjoy a Disney resort, you expect a Magical stay. This hotel seems to have no Magic left in it. So sad. ...read more
