Location and on site restaurant. The staff was friendly.
Room was old and not maintained. There was a distinctive room odor, and the very old sink would not drain. The fixtures in the bathroom need to be replaced. The breakfast was poor and the coffee was terrible.
The room was awkward in its layout. Bathroom door opened in an awkward way. Their was no refrigerator. I would not choose to stay here again.

Very friendly staff, with clean, comfortable rooms that were nicely equiped and arranged, and an excellent, hot continental breakfast. The attached pub served an excellent Valentine's Day dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
We were very pleased with the quality of the lodgings. The indoor pool and game area were very impressive.

Location, amenities, especially pool/spa and game area, breakfast, nice lobby.
A lot of noise of other rooms' doors slamming. I put my bags and a bunch of pillows around my door to muffle the sound, and it was still bad. A loud door slam startled me awake at 4:00am.
I would return based upon the location, price, cleanliness, and amenities. I would hope, however, that they could work to reduce the hall noise (doors slamming very loudly) that is very audible within the rooms.

Amy was at desk when arrived very kind changed our room to one with fridge.
Other girl at desk gave us horrible time, tried to pay to bring friend to swim must been having very bad day, her attitude stunk!
This hotel is nice, but we stayed. Five nights.there was never anyone in pool when we were in maybe could adjust guest policy. Even if charge fee.
