Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Leisure Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We stayed here last wk for for the inspection of our new home in this city, and were again, pleased with everything. The mgr told us they were getting some new furniture in the day we checked out. Great breakfast, incl fresh fruit, waffles, cereal.
Wll like the new furniture. Last wk when we stayed we didn't have a desk in the rm. This wk we asked for a desk but didn't get a microwave above the frig., which was OK, since we didn't need it this wk. Definitely request a room AWAY from the highway.

The staff is very friendly (typical TN hospitality). DO check what's playing at the Cumberland County Playhouse. We saw Les Mis when we were here 4/5. It's a 1st class theatre, with actors from NY who come "home" to act in productions. Many parks and lakes in the area to explore. Great new library in town, and many historical attractions. The hotel is just off the interstate exit, so easy to find. Easy parking near the Entrance door, and secure area with good lighting for parking. ...read more

Comfortable beds, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator in room. Quiet A/C, wonderful massaging shower head. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly.
Pretty thin walls. Green bathroom walls that needed a little bit of attention, and old flooring tile. Hole in bathroom wall around the shower head.

While the motel is old, the room we had was updated and clean. The room was average in size and comfortable. Having purchased it on Priceline, I was concerned that we had been duped because I did not think this motel was a 21/2 star rated facility. It was really fine. I was disappointed to find out that I paid more for the room on Priceline than I would have paid directly from the motel. The extra charges added by Priceline made the total bill more than I could have paid on other sites and from the hotel itself. I will not use Priceline again. ...read more

The staff were friendly.
The location of my room was next to a freeway less than 100 yards away. There were no noise abatement walls. The noise from passing trucks woke me up several times during each nights stay. My overall sleep was very poor during my stay.

Get a room on the opposite side of the building, away from the freeway.

We called the hotel e route to verify a kg room, and asked for the exit #. Very nice front-desk associate. Loved the lg room, with plenty of space for both of us, and all our "stuff".
Would like to see a desk since I needed a surface to use for my laptop. Was working on a report a group we belong to, and had to carry it, then plug it into my printer. My IPad wasn't sufficient. Glad we had a microwave AND sm. frig..

This is an older Best Western, bought by another co., remodeled with VERY nice furnishings, and is know called a Leisure Inn by Best Western. Easy access from highway exit. Our room was away from the highway, and suggest others request a "quiet" room during a busy season. Breakfast room was downstairs in a rec room beside the pool. Delicious breakfast selections, including fresh oranges and apples. Guests need to know there is no elevator, in case someone has difficulty walking down steps, or the distance to breakfast. Very pleasant staff. We're scheduled for another stay Monday when we return to Crossville for business, so We're glad we're going back. ...read more

Do to change in plans the morning counter person was understanding with my need to check out earlier than planed.
I booked king room but they had me in a double and had to move me. The walls were a little "thin" and I could hear the couple in the next room as could the people walking in the hallway.

The desk clerk at check was very pleasant and helpful. Super. The manager at checkout the next morning was genuinely kind and considerate.
No. It was great in every way.

This place was great. Cheerful, efficient and helpful staff and manager. Totally nonsmoking facility. Room was exceptionally clean and neat as a pin.
