Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Leisure Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

The staff is very friendly (typical TN hospitality). DO check what's playing at the Cumberland County Playhouse. We saw Les Mis when we were here 4/5. It's a 1st class theatre, with actors from NY who come "home" to act in productions. Many parks and lakes in the area to explore. Great new library in town, and many historical attractions. The hotel is just off the interstate exit, so easy to find. Easy parking near the Entrance door, and secure area with good lighting for parking. ...

While the motel is old, the room we had was updated and clean. The room was average in size and comfortable. Having purchased it on Priceline, I was concerned that we had been duped because I did not think this motel was a 21/2 star rated facility. It was really fine. I was disappointed to find out that I paid more for the room on Priceline than I would have paid directly from the motel. The extra charges added by Priceline made the total bill more than I could have paid on other sites and from the hotel itself. I will not use Priceline again. ...

Get a room on the opposite side of the building, away from the freeway.

This is an older Best Western, bought by another co., remodeled with VERY nice furnishings, and is know called a Leisure Inn by Best Western. Easy access from highway exit. Our room was away from the highway, and suggest others request a "quiet" room during a busy season. Breakfast room was downstairs in a rec room beside the pool. Delicious breakfast selections, including fresh oranges and apples. Guests need to know there is no elevator, in case someone has difficulty walking down steps, or the distance to breakfast. Very pleasant staff. We're scheduled for another stay Monday when we return to Crossville for business, so We're glad we're going back. ...
