Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Mardi Gras Hotel & Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Comfortable and quiet. Room was larger than expected which was nice, with no surprise fees.

Off the strip, but still within walking distance to it, with the Venetian being a few blocks away. Great place for the price.

Best value for the money in las vegas. Very quiet professional staff I will book this hotel again and again as well as recommend to my friends
No just they forgot to put ashtrays in my smoking room and room did not have microwave as stated when I booked the room

No hotel is ever perfect but this place was as close to a 10 as you can get if you like privacy quiet and overall satisfaction

location was good, you can easily get to strip
smell in the room was like it was closed for many days, roof and floor was all dusty and really bad. Bathroom was ok. No water fountain in the entire hotel. Ice and fridge was there, which was good. No microwave in the entire hotel.

well at this price, it was ok to stay here as you only spend time in the hotel for sleeping and freshening up. parking was sufficient and location was good.

The man who checked me in was amazing. He knew I had a rough day and had my room ready. He was expecting me and greeted me right away. The bartender was also very friendly. Saved me from having a disastrous night at the airport.

Close location to Las Vegas Blvd.
Poor maid service; previous damages to entry and bathroom doors (possibly from a raid); failure of staff to inquire about any problems concerning the room or our visit.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Aside from poor maid service, the location is not the best.

To all customers if you at the best western mardi garas Las Vegas it will b the worst trip of your life. Priceline should no longer offer this hotel on there web site and best western should revoke their license. This hotel gives best western a bad name.
Everything was horrible from customer service, location and management. The property is dirty and dingy and located right next to the infamous "crack alley" do not stay here.

You would think because its a best western it would be a descent place to stay. But this is independently owned and obviously owner is a slum lord trying to make money off people and can careless about what's important 1. Customer service 2. Good management 3. Clean hotel 4. Customer service.
