Wish we knew they did not have an elevator. They put us in a first floor room with a window facing a cement wall. Could not see anything out the window. No natural light.
Clean room. Location is at a very busy intersection, which made it difficult to exit.

Proximity to business activity.
Dirty, over crowded, tractor trailer in parking lot, open charcoal grill on balcony being used, fighting in hallway, dangerous entrance, poor rear exit.
Unfortunately, the area has a limited number of hotel opportunities. This hotel is the only with an indoor pool. When you are on business with children the pool is important. The hotel has continually been dirty(3 years), Doors actually show the pry marks from tools, smoke smell in most rooms, tile, paint, ceiling tiles falling, poor lighting, impossible parking,pool cloudy, no supervision regarding parking, fighting in hallways, loud partying all night, etc. ...
