Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Milton Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel rooms were clean and perfect. Location was great.
Wished they had an elevator. Carrying an infant in her car seat as well as her playpen and other things was kind of dangerous. Ask for a room on first floor.

Overall, this was a perfect place to stay. It had private balconies with mountain views. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. They didn't get mad at me for "leaving" room keys in the room during check out. This was the perfect location because we were going to Murphy to the Decker's & Foster's flea market, which only took us twenty minutes to get there. It's located next to Zaxby's, short walk to Huddle House and McDonald's. It had a microwave (perfect for heating baby bottles) and a refrigerator (perfect for premade formula and housing insulin). I would definitely stay again when I'm not planning just a one day trip. Next trip will be to stay longer to explore Cherokee. :) If you need to stay someplace, this would be it. We've had bad experiences with La Quinta. Best Western will be among the places we search in the future and will no longer include LQ in our searches. :) ...read more

I had two rooms; one of the rooms did not have a working iron or alarm clock;i was able to borrow the iron from the other room, and fortunately i didn't sleep well (not because of any fault of the hotel)so i was up to notice the alarm didn't work. otherwi

The hot breakfast was awesome.
The parking lot area could use some sprucing up. It was not as nice as the interior.

We will use this hotel again.

Location!
Dirty, old,and smelly! It was
not a two and half star hotel.

It provided us a place to shower and dress and to sleep.

Great location.
Simply put do not stay at this hotel, period.

Family owned hotel with the lady being extremely nice and helpful while the gentleman was just crabby. Below average continental breakfast and window unit AC was loud with sub par cooling. King sized bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel does not qualify as a Best Western

To check inn you have to search for a Front Desk Clerk, finally found the Owner, very unprofessional, unfriendly, did not know his own town for guest information and not interested for the guest satisfaction. The rooms are very outdated, AC very noisy and defiantly don't go there for the breakfast.

Central location, very convenient.
More electric outlets, please.

Only stayed overnight, so we never availed ourselves of the pool, WiFi or Continental Breakfast, but our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Proximity to Chattahoochee National Forest.
Staff were ok, not very helpful or knowledgeable though.

The accommodations were fine, the staff was fine, although not very friendly or helpful. I think I'd expected more small town, southern hospitality than what I got. Overall, the facilities were adequate. Nothing too good or bad, aside from the water being shut off for an hour to allow for repairs.
