Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

This is a family oriented hotel. It has a pool, it is handicap accessible; with 2 elevators. If you are going here to see a view or walk to any spectacular sites, this is not the place for you. This place is just something of a pit stop on the way to Morongo casino or the Cabazon oulets. It was much cheaper to stay here, than the one closer to the casino.

I'd chose a different hotel, this place was very unprofessional & rude. The pool was ice cold where my 3 year old was crying cause he wanted to go swimming but the water was way to cold to even do so. Not worth money or the stress to stay here.

It was a great hotel. There were minor noises from outside but it was no problem. Will definitely stay again :-)

When I checked in I requested 2 queen beds. There wasn't no problem at check in and I signed a receipt that it was all prepaid through Priceline. After leaving I noticed a couple days later that Best Western had charged my credit card $80. I called the hotel and they told me it was because I requested 2 queen beds. It was not disclosed me at the time of check in and also was not on the document that I signed at check in. The hotel refused to refund the money. I then contacted corporate informing I had a receipt showing it was prepaid and they were unwilling to help. So I had to contact my bank and fax them the receipt showing that it was all prepaid and they refunded my money. ...

Hotel is located near freeway access and food is within walking distance. There are also a couple of stores for shopping. Rooms were older but clean and comfortable. Quiet property.

The pool was Not heated, and is in the center courtyard. It therefore does not receive alot of sun to warm it. Hotel was clean, and convienent for a quick last minute get-a-way.

We named our own price at the 2.5* level and got the Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites. I was hoping for the Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn & Suites. However, I knew that this would be a possibility so we tried. Anyway, we checked in. The front desk staff person wasn't very friendly. I think that was reflected in the hotel room we received which wasn't as nice as we had hoped after seeing photos on the priceline website. The sink in our room didn't drain. The soap, shampoo, and facial tissues were by some off brand "Pavy". The hotel has breakfast from 6:00am-9am during the week and 6:00am-10am on the weekends. While we were there it consisted of eggs, tortillas, sausages, make your own waffles, cold danishes, pillsbury croissants, muffins, bananas, apples, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, orange and guava juices. If you can get this place for less than $XX including taxes & fees, it might be worth staying. But if you're expecting something nicer in Moreno Valley, you might try the Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn & Suites, or Ayres. ...
