At check in the staff was nice and quick. Very helpful. The room was dated but very clean and worked well. My family was only there for a short period of time.

I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms seemed cleaned, but smell was bad! Air conditioner was noisy and couldn't keep up! Needs a good clean/update. Pool was OK.... drop off in the water would be very dangerous for people with young children!

The room was neat and clean; however, it did not have wireless internet service in our room as advertised. Hotel staff offered to move us to a room closer to the office where their router is located, but we were already settled in. When departing the next day hotel staff said they would discount a portion of what we paid due to the lack of wireless internet service. Today we received a check in the mail. In sum, I am happy with their level of customer service and would not hesitate to stay there again someday. ...

little outdated, but that was ok because cleanliness is a much bigger issue for me.
This hotel is clean. The bath is nice and big, and the TV's have been updated to be at least, big enough to be seen. The waffles and coffee in the morning are wonderful!
