The room was very clean and updated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The location isn't great and the scenery around the hotel isn't much to write home about, but we needed a room during a busy Nashville weekend and didn't want to pay a ton to stay downtown Nashville, so this worked out well.

This hotel worked great for what we needed - a decent room that didn't cost an arm and a leg. It was very clean and spacious and nicely updated. I wasn't expecting resort-quality - just needed a place to crash and it served us well for that purpose. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. I was worried when I saw it was a Best Western. I left a previous Best Western that was not well kept. This one was decent, clean felt pretty safe. It is what you should expect of a hotel at this price.

There were smokers in the room before me.

This is an excellent hotel to stay with large rooms, great accomendations, and excellent breakfast buffet.

Charged me for 3 nights and only stayed two. Bathroom was too small. Refrigerator didn't work. Air conditioner leaked.

Will not ever stay at a best western again.

Close to interstate and Nashville.
Our room carpet was filthy. We were traveling with a crawling baby and she was BLACK from crawling on the carpet.

It was OK. There was nothing in particular that jumped out at me that would increase the rating for me. It was adequate for our needs. They do need to shampoo the carpets more.
