Clean room, LOTS of space in the room, updated decor, amazing breakfast, pool, etc.

This is a perfect hotel for a family looking for a nice place that won't break the bank. LOTS to do at the hotel with the kids, near the beach and shopping. My family is only going to be staying here from now on when we visit Naples, FL.

The price for the night for 2 pax near the 5th street and the beach/pier was great!
Breakfast was in the booking includet. The selection was sufficent for free breakfast, but we would not pay for this service. There are to less tables for breakfast around the pool.

The room was overall clean. The furniture and the carpet looked old.

My favorite thing about the hotel was the quaintness. The ponds with the fish, the balcony, the pool with the spa. It was more than what we expected. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and was not satisfied. This place was the best.
No. The hotel was perfect. The only thing was that I wished we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was wonderful. The google Map directions were wrong so we had a little trouble finding it. So please tell people not to use google Map.

A nice location( a little over a mile to the beach) and a good deal for the price

This is a good deal for the price. You are a little over a mile from the beach (a nice walk) and near shopping and a nice grocery store. The staff were very friendly and do a nice job. We were very happy with our stay

The morning breakfasts were pretty good.
I left the hotel for the day and when I returned at 2:30pm the room was still not made up. I had the "make up room " sign on the door but apparently it went un noticed. I had to call housekeeping and they finally arrived at 3:30 pm to clean the room.

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly but it seems a bit over priced. At times, it was also tough finding a parking spot. I used Priceline to book the room and the guy that checked in before me paid $18 a night less than I did.

We loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel grounds are fantastic. The room went beyond our expectations. The price was so great...resort style on a hotel budget. We'll be going back to this hotel for years to come.

We were very pleased with everything the hotel offered. The grounds were beautiful. The pools were great and we met a lot of very friendly guests. The breakfast that came with the room was perfect with many choices and the staff made sure nothing ran out.
They advertise a miniture golf course free for guests but it is so small it isn't worth playing. In fact only saw one group of people attempting and as soon as they saw the size of it they walked away.

While there. We're other hotel choices in the area some more expensive some less expensive we would choose this hotel again because of the service and the amenities.
