Coming from Dallas to Richland Hills on hwy 143, the EXIT sign for Precinct Lind Rd is poorly placed and very small and hard to see from hwy 143. If you see the Rouf Snow EXIT, which is easy and plain to see, you have gone 1 EXIT to far. If you EXIT on Rouf Snow, go straight ahead to you come to the first main road and take a RIGHT, which will take you back east a few blocks to Precient Line rd. Take a RIGHT ON Precient Line, go a few block toward the Free way and take a RIGHT on the service road next to the free way. This is one of the worst places, I have ever stayed. It's a motel, not a hotel, and it stunk. I was afraid to walk on the carpet without my socks on, and I would not use the
dirty tub. The breakfast was powdered eggs and microwavable bacon. The bacon was not bad. They did have a waffle maker, but I didn't try them. The juice was even not really good. My whole experience was awful from check-in to check-out. ...

The room was clean and the bathroom looked like it was updated. It offered a good breakfast and parking was convenient.We were able to rest at night because there were no disturbances. It met our needs because we only stayed there during the night.
