I like the attitude of the personnel I met at that time, she was very polite and helpful. My room was clean but I was disappointed by the space. Though I only had a night stay I always want a room with a very good ambiance. I have booked at Best Western hotel for so many times in the past whenever I travel and was always given a spacious and nice room (features)for the same price I paid last time. ...

Over all experience was positive. It met all of our needs. Beds were corfortable. We would stay there again for our purpose which were to visit our parents who were near by but did not have the rooms to put us up.

My only complaint was that we (myself, husband & dght.) had to catch an early flight. When we arrived to the desk for checkout, there was a sign that said "back in 10 minutes." I waited for almost 15 minutes and no one returned. I started to look around the lobby & dining areas but no one to be found. I then called the hotel's phone number and obviously woke the young man up. I asked for a print out of my receipt and was told that it was sent to my email but I have not received this information to date( and this is now for days later). ...

Absolutely WONDERFUL Staff! Front desk lady was awesome! Made us feel very welcomed. Good hot breakfast - good waffles! A bit upset with the fresh paint smell in our hotel room, however, the room was incredibly clean and tidy - awesome job!
