Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Norman Inn And Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 9, 2013

The hotel is the perfect place for my crew to stay at for us to work the Norman Medieval Faire. I was highly upset by getting booted from the hotel with only a week notice when I booked it February 7.

Not a bad location and pretty easy to get to. Very clean rooms with an overall friendly staff. I would definietly stay here again.

Breakfast was convenient and had a lot of different choices to offer. The only thing I might have liked better was availability of the local newspaper. Larger pillows or a couple more might have been good. The bed was very comfortable.

I was disappointed in the comfort of the bed. The brand name of Best Western typically assures travelers of a higher standard for comfort. The breakfast service area was not maintained and restocked with food and fresh coffee. The staff seemed overwhelmed with desk duties and breakfast preparation duties.

Hotel needed alot of cleaning and sprucing up. The artificial flowers in the entrance needed replacing and we could hear the neighbors conversation as if they were in our room. I am not a fan of pet friendly hotels anymore and will not be staying in a "pet friendly" hotel again. My family did enjoy the hot breakfast.

Great Value very close to the OU Campus. Breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage (link and patty), sausage and biscuits, etc. Rooms were very spacious and the beds were top notch!! Free Internet worked without a hitch. We'll definitely stay here again!

I would have given this hotel an 8 out of 10 but for the thin walls. I have never stayed in a hotel where you could literally hear conversation word for word from an adjoining room. But from listening to the lady in the adjoining room. The man on the other side was a loud snorer. Fortunately, the talkers went to bed early, but they did wake me up early the next morning talking. I had a hard time going to sleep, though, due to the snorer. ...
