close to restaurants and shops. well maintained and quiet.
could be up to 2 blocks away from beach as hotel is spread out over 2 blocks. if you want ocean front be sure to specify.

How close to beach was excellent
yes..i was over charged by 50 dollars after taxes on first night booking...everyone that came in had same problem with them..seemed like bait an switch by them...i was to tired to argue with them after long drive...several people had problem also

Nope, everything was great.

This hotel is one of the better values. For this price you cannot get anything better. I have stayed at several hotels in the Space Coast area throughout the years and this by far is my favorite. It is right on the beach or very close to it. Publix is across the street, and the pier is an extremely short walk.

The best thing was the oceanfront room and the location near the Cocoa Beach Pier. Also the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially the guy from the West Indies who checked us in and out - super nice!!)
The cleanliness and upkeep of the room and of the property generally was adequate.

For the money, it's hard to beat this hotel. I truly feel like I received good value and I would stay here again in the future. A piece of advice - get an oceanfront room. It's a little more but the view is worth every penny.

Staff was very nice and did a great job. Locations and anemities were above expectation. Room was very clean, free breakfast was more than expected, pool was excellent (heated warm).
No real complaints, wife said they needed more chairs at the pool, there were only 10 lounge chairs at the pool.

Hotel was a good bargain, great location, clean and sizable rooms, great staff, large free breakfast choices, very nice pool and a good view of the ocean from our 4th floor balcony. Room had kitchenette with fridge and microwave (no stove) so we saved money by going to the grocery store (less then a block away) and having snacks and meals availble without going to a restaurant every time we were hungry. No real complaints but our pool did not have enough chairs\lounges. This was made worse when one group would wake up in the morning and go and put towels\bags on 4 chairs\2 lounges\table to reserve it for themselves and then not come back until after 1pm, very rude\greedy and they did this 4 days in a row. BTW, we stayed in the 5 story suite building. There are like 5 buildings in this complex. ...read more
