The location is great for Frankenmuth and Birch Run outlets.

Loved the size of the room and the fact that we got a King size bed!
Hot tub a bit too hot. Probably just my personal preference.

Great place to stay. We would come back again. Great location, friendly people at the front desk. I would definitely get the girls up at the front desk new uniforms or something. The red smocks did not look professional at all.

The staff was great and the room was nice enough for the price. But priceline made it sound as though I was getting a great deal.
This hotel was not as expense as priceline indicated. We were given 2 queen instead of one king. When I asked they said this was the room priceline booked, but I could take the king suite for
xx a night.

Nice hotel but not as great a deal as priceline lets on.

Convenient to US 23. Plenty of local restaurants nearby.
Rooms open to the outside. Old tube-type TV with poor picture quality and very limited channels.

The staff was very nice. They were accomondating to our needs
When we arrived in our room we found haire on the sheets. The internet connect was poor. The computer in the lobby was very slow. There was no where to print any documents. We had to go outside to get to the indoor pool and spa.

Please read what we did not like. A sign by the pool and spa said it was open until ten but we heard the desk clerk tell someone who was checking in, it was open until 11PM. Which is it. When you call the hotel, the voice mail sys it was recently renovated. They must not have renovated the matresses. They were horribloe. i woke up with a back ache two days in a row. The hotel was close to shopping
The bed and pillows provided were awful and made for a miserable nights sleep

The hotel was close to shopping and has a pool, but the bed was terrible and we had a terrible night's sleep.
