The wifi didn't work in our room and housekeeping was horrible! They only made one bed, didn't empty garbage can, left empty cups and containers on nightstand and left old partially drunk cartons of milk on desk!
Beware the housekeeping!!

The room was a great size! Very close to the outlet mall. Not a far drive to Frankenmuth.
We didn't have towels when we arrived but brought them right away when I called. Also, breakfast could of been better. Not enough help first day. Second day they had no OJ, Apple Juice or milk. Pool had no towels

Equally liked the very helpful and pleasant staff, clean rooms, nice pool and spa.
check in was late due to unstaffing for housekeeping, workout room was small.
Star rating was lower than actual service and hotel. The actual stay was wonderful! Hotel has a little bit of everything. Bar and free breakfast was extra bonus especially for price. Will visit again!

The morning desk person was very helpful with directions.
We had to wait 1 1/2 hours to check-in because our room wasn't ready at posted time of check-in. Requested an extra towel/washcloth the next morning and they were out of washcloths - the hotel was filled to capacity but staff didn't seem able to keep up.

Good hotel, nice location, ncie staff.
Breakfast was okay, not great. Just a few choices, no fresh fruit, just easy things and waffles. Don't know why the pool can't be open in the early morning when we love to swim.

the bathroom,shower area was set up for wheelchair accesible,wasn't impressed.Also seemed I was put out in the back 40 for a room because of booking it with you instead of with Best Westerns website.

The hotel staff was very helpful to upgrade us to a 2 beds room for our family of 4. The location was convenient to the outlet mall and nearby attractions.
The arcade was a bit old.
The location is conveniently located close to the outlet mall and nearby attractions with helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
