their staff was fabulous, their was with our door key n within seconds the maintance staff managerfixed the problem. they provided us with exceptioal service. it was definitely nice to be acknowledge and receive our rooms prior to their checkin time.
i am not good with names however the all front desk staff, the transportation staff, maintance manageralong with the maid service.
hotel was immaculent, even though it was 4 1/2 miles from the airport i was able to locatevandvwas very very happy and satisfied. the continental breakfast surpassed the other hotel we stayed at.

The maids were very nice and friendly
the Middle Eastern staff all had the personality of prison doors...
It is the epitome of what a 2 star hotel is... No frills, but it did the job. Too bad the staff, except for the maids, was so unpleasant...

The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The staff were incredible. Breakfast was great. Couldnt have asked for more.
I had no complaints
This hotel has great staff and the parking was free. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Easy access to the blue line which takes you to all the attractions. I recomend this hotel.

An affordable price. The room was neat.
The towels were a little rough and some had stains on them.
My initial rooms air conditioner unit wasn't working which looked fairly new. I was moved quickly to another room.

Somewhere close to our room there was a party or gathering. The noise level was high enough to disrupt sleep.

Location, location. Also the price was just right.
Parking was a bit confusing, and I would have wished they had a hot tub being that after an athletic day, it was necessary.
This is a great hotel for the price. Don't expect much from breakfast unless you love a coffee and a pastry, then it's just right.

The Hotel is maintained and managed in an excellent manner. Desk clerk was very helpful with extending my stay and keep my expenses down. They matched the Priceline rate.
Parking was a little bit limited due to proximity to Down Town Long Beach.
Hotel very convenient to the Down Town area and is easy to get to from the freeway. The Hotel Staff was excellent.

There's not much to do near the location, but we had a car so that did not matter. The breakfast selection was good. Parking was plenty.
