Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Orlando East Inn & Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 15, 2012

Hotel was adequate for our needs. Not far from Walt Disney. Staff was very helpful. The pool was very nice, and they had breakfast available complimentary. Decor out of date but comfortable.

This hotel has a much nicer facade then is reflected in its rooms. A late reservation meant I was stuck with a smoker's room, but that didn't excuse the smell of sewage which came up through the shower drain. The AC unit was loud and unreliable at maintaining a comfortable room temperature, as were the shower controls. On the plus side, the room I had was around the backside of the hotel and kept quiet. The staff was the best part of the experience. ...

No towels in the room, water would not properly combine, front desk did not give me back my credit card and ID and could not find it. Bad experience all around.

The maintenance man was the only thing beside the breakfast I liked. Not a clean hotel and check in was a disaster and I wasn't the only one with issues. Below a one star.

Requested 2 queen beds and non smoking. First room has one queen bed, back to office, Second room had two queen beds, but was a smoking room, Back to office, Finally two beds, but the carpet was damp near the bathroom and stayed that way for the two nights we were there. Left for graduation at 7:15 am returned at 4:30 pm room had not been serviced, finally at 5:25 we got fresh towels. Would not stay there again, We selected it because we did not know where UCF was located, and wanted to be close as the graduation started at 9:00 am.

The hotel was easy to find, but not in a good area of town. There were no good restaurants close by only fast food. Hotel was conveniently located, but too close to the highway for noise. The room was poorly decorated and didn't even have a comforter on the bed.

For my purpose (son graduating law school) this was okay. Luckily, my son had a car to take me places. Very dumpy looking from the street.

We were extremely disappointed when we found unsanitary blankets, comforters, sheets and pillowcases. They had an immense odor and were covered with hair. We chose to sleep on the pullout couch and it was an extreme inconvenience. The hotel staff was notified upon checkout.
