Best Western Park Vue Motel

TThis was an ok place to stop and sleep. It was over priced for and average place to stay. no ice or soda machine. Owner was less than cheerful.

When I booked online, I initially selected a non smoking room with two queen beds. Whether it was the web page interface or intentional, it turned out we actually had a reservation for a smoking room. Though the hotel was sold out, the staff was able to get us into a room which had recently been painted and therefor did not smell. Kudos to the staff for that. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs and they were very accommodating with giving us a ground floor.

This was the most unfriendly place ever. The front desk clerk acted like we were a bother. The place was very old. You could feel your feet drop into holes underneath the carpet. Showers were, either burn yourself hot or freeze in cold water.

Check in was fast and easy. I still can't get over how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Air conditioner was easy to use. Bathroom was very clean. Totally pleased.

this motel was a nice place to rest for the night. We didn't expect the plushest motel experience. We did appreciate the friendly, clean environment we found.

The exterior of the hotel was not modernized. After entering our room, we found the finest quality of upgrade had been done. The garden and grounds were meticulously groomed and clean. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was like they had done some traveling themselves and knew exactly what was needed by their guests. It was a very pleasant experience. Nup to best western standards, had moved us to a sister hotel and that was just as bad but it did have ineternet.
