Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Peace Arch Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 21, 2013

We found this hotel to be well manaaged, quiet, and within easy walking distance to good quality restaurants. Good parking, helpful management, clean rooms, and quite central to the place we needed to go. We would use this hotel again.

The pool was a good relaxing break for the kids. The lights are sensor activated and they tended to go out regularly since we were the only ones there. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was great for our purposes.

The staff and room were nice and quiet. The only thing I disliked was that I was asked to pay and extra $20 cash for requesting a 2 bed room since I was traveling with my partner and son. Of all the times I have stayed at the hotels, I had never been asked to pay extra. Other than that, the stay was great. The location is great is looking for a quiet small little town outside of the big city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ...

Friendly attendant. Very helpful. Nice lobby. No smoke - 2 queens. Very clean. Great breakfast. Good restaurant connected with it. ABC upscale. Would stay again.

We found what amounts to a new hotel. Parking was limited and the lot was small. Very small but functional lobby was clean. We checked in quickly and found our room. Seems the flat screen TV wasn't working so the hotel staff had rolled in a 24" tube TV on a cart. That shower pressure was truly terrible; ultra low pressure forces a person to take 3 times longer than normal.
