Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Petaluma Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 6, 2012

This hotel was actually much better than the reviews I read prior to our trip stated. It was very clean and quiet even with it being close to the freeway. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and will do it again next time we are in Petaluma!!

Good free breakfast. Allowed pets=awesome. Front desk lady was a little distracted. Couldn't find an ice maker, but the room did have a mini-fridge, which of course I forgot my food in when I left. Very noisy, right next to freeway. Overall, it was fine to stop at overnight while traveling elsewhere.

I thought this would have been a little nicer and cleaner. The room smelled like the maids used a ton of bathroom spray to cover the smoke smell in this non-smoking room.

I would have been embarrassed to refer my family or friends. Not a comfortable room.

The hotel was better than I expected. Parking was pretty secure, the room was big and clean. Night staff was very helpful. Our door keys didn't work, door battery dead and nothing was done about it until 8 am the next morning. Day staff was unhelpful about letting us back into our room after breakfast. Other than that, a pleasant surprise.
