Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Really great property! I'm usually not one for chain hotels (best westerns, holiday inns, ect) but the price is right! Great Resturant/bar in the hotel. Cute little bar next door too! Within walking distance of the heart of Dublin!

When comeing to Dublin is important to bring plenty of money. The shopping is excellent and the quailty of cloethes could have not been better. The Elephant & Castle Resturant located at 18 temple bar, great dishes. Persons should take the time to walk around the city and enjoy the scene.

Overall experience was good, as you wood expect from a best western. I would say location is good. Pros: location is good. There is plenty of facilities in the area, from stores to restaurants. It's a ten minute walk from temple bar and Sufolk St. Public transportation is excellent. Staff is very keen and helpful. Cons. You might get some noisy neighbors who won't let you sleep. The wifi is poor in some areas. ...

The Air-link from the airport stops right across from the hotel which is very helpful. The hotel is just around the corner from O'Connell street and 5 minutes from the hop on hop off bus tours. Rooms were clean but small (typical European room). Staff was friendly!

We were very happy with this hotel. It was convenient to many places to eat and sightsee. The room was nice, if not quite what you might expect from the same price in an American hotel as far as towels or toiletries. Not much in the way of extras just basic, but nice accommodation.

I would stay again in a heartbeat. Our room was great, and they had it available when we got in from the airport dead tired at 9:30 AM, so we could shower and nap. The most comfortable beds we had in Ireland. Desk staff was always courteous and very helpful. Location is great right off O'Connell Street, heart of Dublin. I think some rooms overlook a big sports bar so could be noisy at night, but ours was nice and quiet. Didn't try the restaurant and we weren't tempted. ...
