Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Brant Park Inn And Conference Centre
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. hotel was not as described and i would not reccomend this hotel..hotel should put the real pictures of the rooms on the internet not pictures that make the rooms look new..we paid a premium to stay in this hotel and that is not fair the rooms were not up to date..we could have stayed in a hotel down the street which i stayed at before and it was very much nicer with more amenities..i stay at hotels every other weekend so please do not try to write this off as someone who does not know the difference..if i pay a premium the hotel should be better than expected.. ...

A very nice hotel located right off of the 403. The rooms were quiet and clean and each wing was only accessible to the people staying in that wing. the staf was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt like staying longer but had to get home.

This hotel was nice, room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast wait staff were extremely helpful with my 1 year old. The room we had was a bit cramped with too much furniture, but it worked for our needs. We chose this place for the pool and play ground as I had my 1 year old with me, but it was too rainy for the playground and the pool had been cleaned and was cold. Met some local folks that said that the pool is also available to people with special needs within the community and I think that is a wonderful way for the company to give back.

As soon as we entered the hallway going towards our hotel we commented that it looked like a really tired old hospital. Upon entering the room, the decor was very dated but the room was a decent size. The TV changed channels over and over on its own. The heater was running us out of the room even though it was turned to the mid-60's - tried turning it off and it was too cold. The shower seemed to be related to the TV - one second it was hot the next, cold. Slid a chair away from the heater and found a filthy sock on the floor. I will never stay at the hotel again and have already recommended that friends who will be in the area soon go anywhere but there.

We've stayed at this hotel off and on for years. It was formerly a Holiday Inn (note the street name) and has been a Best Western for years. The hotel appears to have been upgraded & remodeled since our last stay and appears fresh and clean. Our room, in the addition, was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet before hitting the road again. Definitely will return!

I would've high;y recommended this hotel to anyone but after we forgot an article in the room that was not returned to my little girl, I can't recommend this to anyone. The front desk staff was however great.

Great location right off the highway and close to the arenas, which was nice because we were there for a hockey tournament. Free breakfast, cold breakfast unless you wanted to pay the 5 dollar upgrade. Free internet. Free Parking. Small rooms but still nice.
