I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and elegance of this hotel. I stayed at the Hampton Inn the night before and the Caldwell Best Western was actually MUCH nicer and $40 less expensive. The rooms were well decorated, elegant, quiet, modern, and clean!! The bed, pillows, and linens were exceptionally nice. I would highly recommend this hotel if it is on your route.

The bed was new, the towels were very fluffy, the heat/ac was quiet,noise from the neighbors was non existant. staff was friendly and courteous. Noise from outside was quiet, and I could get the drapes to close all the way to keep the light out. All in all a great stay.

Very nice room with a king bed. The breakfast was very good and the staff was super nice. A good set down hot breakfast with a lot more than a piece of toast and/or a bagel.I would stay at this one again!
