Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

arrived late and greeted by a really nice staff member who quickly checked us in. Good room, spacious and plenty of room to relax. Extra Pillows!! YES!
Bed was sort of hard, but still comfortable. Bathroom itself is a little small, but functional. Noise from second floor guests can be bothersome at times, but tolerable.

Stayed here a couple times, pleasant experience both times. Nice, Clean place to stay conveniently located in the middle of downtown :)

We loved the breakfast!

This was a beautiful hotel on the main street in Moab, near many shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was hot and tasty, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Great hotel!

Very nicely appointed hotel common areas and rooms. Efficient and helpful staff. Very good hot breakfast included in price.
Not a big deal really and not something that can be changed in existing Best Westerns, however, the bathrooms are tiny, so small it's hard to get in, close the door, and sit on the toilet.

Above comments and checklist covered it. The hotel is in the heart of Moab, a beautiful setting and the perfect jumping off point for Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Moab has excellent services for a small place.

This hotel had the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I have ever been in....absolutely over the top
We were there for a four day bike ride and were not allowed to keep our bikes in our room. I have been in several rides and have never run into this issue....The hotel does have a locked area for bikes which the staff opens after a phone call .

Hotel is convienent to everything. Staff is over the top in a wonderful way; rooms are very clean and levels of cleaning are offered. Good breakfast included. Comfortable beds. Moab is a wonderful town to visit with many outdoor opportunities.

The hotel is in a great location and has a cover on the pool during the winter so, although you have to go outside to access it, it can be used year round.
The evening staff here was not welcoming and the hotel is being remodeled.

You have to carry all your bags because there are stairs in the halls on both floors so the luggage carts can't be used to reach most of the rooms.

Had a great stay! Very nice place, staff, price, and continental breakfast. All excellent.
No.

We had an excellent stay at the Best Western Canyonlands Inn. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought the facility was underrated as a 3 Star. The expanded free continental breakfast was the best that we have had. We would definitely go back.

Great hotel in heart of Moab. Hot, fresh chocolate chip cookies when we checked it. Very helpful front desk staff. Nice breakfast included. Very nice outdoor deck/patio space!
Nope

Priceline rate off season made this hotel very affordable. Located in the middle of Moab by Pasta Jays and several other eateries within easy walking distance. Nice decor, smallish room but stylish and super comfy beds.
