Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Coeur D'alene Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great location
The window was open when we checked in and it wouldn't lock when we tried to close it. We switched rooms because people were smoking outside and our room started smelling of smoke.

We happen to be staying during a very busy booking. However, the staff was very helpful, friendly and even cheery. All seems clean and kept up.
There is not an elevator! The beds are full or double, not queen or king.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend so it was very booked. The pool was over crowded. Breakfast was served in a large meeting room. Even so, the staff was friendly and sincerely wanting you to have a pleasant stay. There are quite a few restaurants and malls in the area. It is also an easy drive to two well known amusement parks, two water parks, Saturday's Community Market and I understand a rather nice golf course. The few drawbacks were the small beds and no elevator. Packing family luggage and strollers upstairs/downstairs was a good workout. It was, of course, our choice to stay during such a busy time but they handled it well. I would recommend this hotel. Just think I'd ask if any conventions or tournaments are happening. lol Oh, and the prices were reasonable. ...read more

Location very convenient off 90. Close to everything. Fridge and micro in room. Newer flatscreen TV. The breakfast buffet is very, very good!
Staff told me they could not relocate me away from the ice machine, that "only a few priceline rooms were available," even though we had checked in early. Bed was sadly worn...sagged in the middle, so we had a not-so-nice sleep. Staff was somewhat OK.

I should've stayed firm in asking for a different room...it would've made a big difference in our 3 days there. Pool and hot tub were excellent! On-site restaurant was great for the included breakfast buffet, but a little pricey for the other meals if you ate there. Our room was very small, but since we didn't spend that much time in it, it served its purpose. Restaurants are nearby. Downtown waterfront just a short drive. Be sure to try some of the restaurants on the main drag downtown...pricey, but neat to try out these trendy hangouts. In a few short months we'll be back in the area and will opt to come to this hotel once again. It's older, but not run-down like others we've stayed at with a (phoney) 3-star level. ...read more

This hotel has a wonderful indoor heated pool!

This hotel was great for the price. Located just off the freeway, but not noisy. Near many restuarants. The staff was friendly and did all they could to accomodate our needs.

The wifi was horrible. Do not advertise wifi if it's so incredibly slow that you can't even connect to the simplest website.

Overall the stay was very good. Great staff. Ready and willing to help at any hour. Pool was great.
Rented 2 rooms. Both rooms had wet carpet. Beds were hard, the mattress was put on a bed frame made of wood for the box springs.
