Old and dirty, Smells like mold in the room. Shower had a gash in the tub and if you were not carefull you would have cut your foot wide open. Furniture needed cleaning so did the carpets. Balcony was nasty dirty. The place was a real bad place to stay PERIOD !

The pool.
The responding time is not great.

The hotel is not difficult to find because it is so close to #95 hi-way. It is a little bit to far from airport or cruise port. We have to wait over 3 hours to check in.

Right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. It had a 700 foot swimming pool across the street.
There was a very noisy party. The hotel warned the guests 2 times before calling the Broward Sheriff's office to evict them. I believe this was too much.

A good beach front hotel with reasonable restaurants. Other better restaurants were within easy walking distance. The rooms proved attractive, spacious and clean. The ocean view is spectacular. The land side is an unattractive area. It is probably well worth an additional $30 for a seas view.
