Great location!!! Beautiful on the outside, Beautiful pool area, nice breakfast.
Rooms need updating, Did not ask for a smoking room.. The whole room smelled of Cigarettes..

Great Location!! From pictures on web, looks like a lovely place!! Beautiful pool area, Very surprisingly quiet room, being that it sits right next to I95.The room was decent, large 2 room "suite", But, they gave us a smoking room, which smelled horrible!

2 room suite, free breakfast, and location I wanted.
Poor housekeeping, rooms need upgrade (too worn), no restaurant facility (other than free breakfast).

As other reviewers mentioned, you get what you pay for. Poorly maintained rooms (our security lock was broken, carpets stained, bathroom moldy, air conditioning could not be regulated.Poor housekeeping (not enough bedding and towels for 3 people in our room), Hot tub was way too hot (there was no way to regulate it). Everything worked and there were no nasty surprises.
Housekeeping leaves the AC and lights on -- what a waste!

Good, functional hotel. Comfortable accommodations with no frills.
