Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Hacienda Suites-Old Town
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 15, 2013

Lots of food choices close to this hotel. If seeing Old Town San Diego is on your agenda, this hotel is ideally located. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall a very good place to stay. We really like the location because it is walking distance to old town and we really enjoy our time there.

The location and price of this hotel are great. There is a $7 resort fee and a $12 a night parking fee, at first this bothered me but then felt that my car was in a covered garage and didn't mind the fee. The hotel is built into a hill and has several buildings so therefore there is a lot of stairs, but elevators available. You are less then a block from many stores, restaurants anda bars as well as the OLD TOWN state park.
The hotel is also located just a couple miles from the airport, a very short drive down pacific highway, and has easy access to the I-5 and I-8.
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice now and would definetly go again. ...

We always go to Legoland, an easy drive away, but we stay here in Old Town for all the other attractions in San Diego on our second day.
