The front desk lobby young lady was very polite and helpful! The rooms were extremely clean and smelled fresh, as we had a non smoking room. There was plenty of parking. It was a stayover on our way home from SF... so it was a nice quiet place!
It was nice, no complaints really.

This is a very nice and QUIET place to stay on a layover trip to the Bay Area. San Francisco is so busy and noisy, though beautiful - it was just nice to have such a quiet place to stay, and the hotel was even full. Nice! We will stay here again!

Highway access is very close.
The internet connection in this hotel is HORRIBLE! It was difficult to connect to the internet, and then it would lose connections OFTEN. Impossible to do work. I tried 2 different laptops and had the same problem with both.

Close to Benicia's downtown area. Restuarants, bars, the water.

The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom and the room overall was really clean. I like the bigger than usual hotel refrigerator that they had, the microwave was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Has a good location
Other than the leaking AC of our room which made the carpet wet, we did like the hotel overall.

The bathroom and the room overall was really clean. They have a great staff. The location was great. It was just off the freeway, there's a closeby park, a few miles from a theme park. The area looks safe at night. They have a lot of parking spaces.

The housekeeping staff stole my phone charger

I will not recommended not return to his hotel after they stole my phone charger..it may sound petty buy right is tight and wrong is wrong. It was no mistake on our part we without a doubt know that they took our charger.

Staff was wonderful. I had our reservation ready exactly as I requested. I was treated great. The different clerks were fabulous and did not mind my hanging out for hours.
The hallway carpet smelled funky like cleaner trying to cover smoke. There were also lumps in the carpet that could easily cause a fall, which we were hyper-aware of, as we were traveling with my 90 year old grandma.

Everything was perfect. With a Priceline reservation, all my requests were met perfectly. The rooms were clean, modern and attractively furnished with both a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great, breakfast burritos with all the fixings, waffles and various other items. The staff was amazing, polite and attentive. I travel frequently and would easily give them 3+ stars.

Easy access to freeway and downtown restaurants.

Hotel overall was clean and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfasts every morning saves some money. Waffle maker was awesome.
