Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus High Sierra Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Clean, big room.
Front desk moron checked me into a room that was already occupied. I opened the door to see luggage and two feet at the end of the bed. Oops!

Great location. Decent included breakfast. I'll be back!

Great experience. Worked well for hitting the slopes in Mammoth and close to the village at Mammoth resort. Excellent alternative to staying on the mountain.
It would be helpful to let people know there is a bus from the hotel to the ski hill. This was a real bonus.

Cleanliness, STAFF

Not only is the hotel not very nice but the staff is extremely rude. Ill pay extra next time not to stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was great. The location could not have been better. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and accomodatting to our needs.
I don't like when a hotel allows pets. However, the staff does a great job of steamcleaning each room upon departure.

My family and I spent four nights at this hotel and we were very happy with our stay. The food was great, staff were very friendly and made sure all of our needs were met.

Staffs were friendly, clean rooms, and reasonable rates.
None.

Thank you for the clean and nice room. The staffs were friendly, very reasonable rates for what we received, good food(full breakfast), and pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return to this place and is highly recommended!

Exceeded my expectations for the Best Western brand. First indoor pool that was actually a pleasure to swim in.

Convenient to walk around the city, restaurants, etc.
Slow check-in due to staff trying to sell rewards membership to every guest.

An average mountain hotel. Complementary breakfast not as good as others in the chain. No doubt gets full in skiing season so they feel they do not have try too hard other times.
