Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Holiday Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It is located right next to a very busy road which we heard the noise of trucks the entire night. These rooms were straight out of 1972, if you like your front door outside, it's great. There was a bottle opener bolted on the bathroom door.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to get around and had everything we needed.
We liked everything about the hotel.

This hotel was in a great location, large rooms, great value. We would stay there again.

Good location, really nice breakfast, nice clean room
Poor parking area, door kept opening up, it didn't shut well.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was really good too
The hotel is in the middle of 2 really busy roads. My room was at one end and the road nosy was pretty bad; but not too bad at night because it is a really sleep town.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms were a little out of date but everything was functional.

The exterior of the hotel makes you a little nervous when you arrive but the rooms, the pool, the breakfast area, etc. were much nicer than the exterior suggested. Overall it was a really great hotel experience and we would suggest it to others.

I have a broken foot and so they gave us a handicap accessible room.
We couldn't get the room cool enough with the air conditioner.

This is a comfortable and quiet hotel in beautiful Coos Bay.

Nothing...awful place to stay.
Very loud and noisy. Terrible service. Manager didn't care and would not do anything about concerns. Extremely dirty; sticky everywhere, filthy carpet. Very poor hotel and awful experience.

This hotel is rated as a two and a half stars, which is a gross error on Priceline's part. It barely should be ranked a one star. I bid on hotels through priceline ALL the time and also purchase Express Deals, and in the years I have been participating in this process, this is hands-down the worst hotel I have ever experienced through Priceline.

It was easy to find, located within walking distance of some restaurants, coffee and attractions.
The breakfast was ok, not great. There wasn't enough room for breakfast seating, the pool and hot tub should be open earlier.

We were gone most of the time but considering the location of the hotel (Coos Bay) and what we were there for, it served the purpose.
