Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Hotel Tria
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 9, 2013

I was very disappointed that we did not get the rooms that we had booked. We booked 2 rooms with King beds and that was not available and we had to take 1 room with 2 double beds. We should have got the rooms that we had confirmed through Priceline. Also, I was not happy to discover that I would not get rewards points from Best Western because I booked through a third party. ...

Shuttle service to the subway ("T") is good. Saves lots of money on cab or bus. Hotel is easy walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods markets. With microwave and fridge, one can easily eat in the room. Outstanding breakfast included.

I'll let my rating speak for itself. Wonderful location (right next to a Whole Foods!) with plenty of free parking though mere minutes from Cambridge & Boston. Excellent rooms for the star rating.

I would recommend NOT using priceline. Yes, I agreed to the unrefundable reservation. However, I was there to deal with a sudden death in the family. I made my reservations under a great deal of stress, shock, and grief. The hotel was average and was "okay" but the location was a nightmare for me being unfamiliar with the area and not used to traffic and rotaries...of which there were three when exiting the hotel. I begged your representative to please, please let me cancel and move to a more suitable location. Your unbending policy, under the circumstances, was appalling to me and very upsetting. I will never ever use priceline again. I can understand having policies but such inflexibility is inexcusable. Your customers are people not robots (which is what it felt like I was talking to). After speaking with a rep and requesting a manager who only repeated everything verbatim like a recording, they would not forward my call to a higher up. Have a nice day. Sharon Slate ...
