The room we were in was in a hallway that smelled of smoke and was loud.

Wish the person who checked us in, I would of suggested that we join the Best Westerns Rewards so we could of collected points.

The family-friendly facilities.

This hotel is
great for families. My husband and I traveled with our two boys, aged 2.5 and 1. Besides the 2 pools, the large grassy area with sandbox and some playground equipment is great for kids and is easily supervised by parents. The hotel also offered movie nights for kids and has a really nice BBQ set up. The continental breakfast has a lot of great choice - even for the pickiest of eaters. ...read more

Loved the bed, roominess, extras, continental breakfast room and food.
The water wasn't hot for long then ran out. Bathroom sink took for ever to drain! Toilet didn't flush unless you held down the handle.

We were very happy with the amenities - had everything we wanted. It was quiet and very comfortable. It is an old building but the updates were great in the room except for the bathroom. You could live with it but it was annoying.

The friendly staff and location.
No elevators.

The hotel location was great with easy access from main road. The bathroom could be improved upon. The toilet made a lot of noise (we reported it). The beds were very comfortable.

No jets for the hot tub.

Good sized room. We appreciated the communal balcony off the room facing the pool, but with large trees for shade and privacy. Very nice.
Bath shower window, if opened, unfortunately afforded viewing to anybody who passed by outside.

An older-style motel kept current and up-to-date. Overall, a very pleasant and friendly place.
